Deposit Terms

The deposit does not constitute full or partial purchase of the
vehicle and does not create an obligation to complete a sale.

- The $200 deposit will be applied as a credit toward the purchase
  price when the transaction is completed.

- The balance of the purchase price, less the deposit, must be paid
  in full at the time of purchase.

- If the purchaser elects not to proceed with the purchase after
  viewing, the deposit will be refunded in full, provided the request
  is made by the end of the next business day following the viewing.
  After that, the deposit is non-refundable.

- Factor E reserves the right to cancel the reservation and
  refund the deposit at its discretion.
